5.1 Deposits. jl22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso and credited to your Wallet instantly (e-wallets) or within a few minutes (bank transfers).
5.2 No Deposit Fees. jl22 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl22 bears no responsibility.
5.3 Withdrawals. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to manipulate bonus conditions, exploit promotional offers through coordinated wagering, or use multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds and may result in Account suspension.
6.4 jl22 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not adversely affect rights already accrued under a current bonus.

7.2 Bets are void if accepted in error due to a system malfunction or technical fault. jl22 will notify affected players and refund voided bets to their Wallets.
7.3 jl22 reserves the right to void or limit any bet that it reasonably believes to have been placed in circumstances of fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a system error, at its sole discretion.
7.4 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jl22 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl22 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:
9.1 All content on the jl22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audiovisual materials, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of jl22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other use of jl22 intellectual property is permitted without express prior written consent.
10.1 The jl22 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl22 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the absence of errors or defects.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from wagering decisions.
10.3 jl22's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their jl22 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jl22's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 jl22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through their Account settings.
11.2 Self-exclusion options are available to any Player who believes their gambling has become problematic. Self-exclusion requests may be submitted through the jl22 support team and take effect within 24 hours.
